Shipping
We only ship within Fiji. We accept orders from around the world but shipping can only be within Fiji (selected areas only).
Delivery Policy
Brijlal Pte Limited (hereafter referred to as “Brijlal”) accepts orders from all around the globe. However, shipping can only be done within Fiji. Brijlal aims to achieve the delivery time frames set out below.
- 1-4 business days for delivery within Viti Levu
- 3-6 business days for delivery within Vanua Levu
We use our own transport as well as a network of courier services to carry out our shipping functions.
a) Brijlal cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames provided as they are indicative only; and;
b) Brijlal is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
Transit times shown above may differ due to any of the reasons mentioned below:
- Flight/Shipping cancellations and technical delays
- Adverse weather conditions
- Incorrect or insufficient consignee addresses
- The above transit times may increase if delivery is to a regional area (away from a major town/city).
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm the order and proceed to the payment page. All shipping charges will be clearly displayed on customer order confirmation and invoices and he/she will only be liable to pay the total amount including shipping cost.
If for any reason the actual cost of shipping the goods is significantly higher than shipping cost collected, shipment may not proceed in this situation. We will contact you if this is the case.
Store Pickup
Pickup from a physical Brijlal store is not currently available. Items for sale on our website can be found in store.
Payments
All transactions are charged in Fiji Dollars (FJD) inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Even though you may see prices in other currencies, this is only an estimate as to what will be payable in the foreign currency. Your card issuer will convert from Fiji Dollars into your local currency using their own exchange rates and applicable fees.
All payments will be verified and authorized by www.windcave.com via a secure server.
